THE CLUB… Mission Statement

 The Club will be a Hybrid Co-op meaning both customers & employees will be Members and fractional owners. Our #1 mission is to reduce EVERY cost associated with aircraft ownership & operations, encompassing ALL areas of aviation. The Cooperative business model TPC will employ allows pilots, aircraft owners & operators who have kept FBO’s in business since their inception, to create their own “Members Only” FBO Network built to their specifications.Together we will build a totally unique FBO concept, whose “Investment Group” will be those of us who actually love aviation…THE Pilots CLUB. As the cost of aviation continues to increase THE CLUB will provide pilots, aircraft owners & operators the ability to reverse that trend by creating not only an “All inclusive” Executive Class Aviation Services Company but an “All inclusive” Pilots Club like nothing else in aviation. Membership will have substantial input in creating “Exquisite” facilities that will be so much more than a hangar & FBO. In addition to receiving “Owner” pricing as a Member & Fractional owner of TPC, THE CLUBs real estate holdings and retail sales will allow all Member-Investors to create ROI. Members of TPC will determine and approve pricing for fuel, maintenance, avionics, parts & supplies and all services. Your voice will matter in every aspect of THE CLUB. .You should have your own "Members Only" FBO Network!
